BIG NEWS! Vertex announced a new drug application to the FDA – it’s a big deal. Link at bottom.

To add – I just want to say that people in Minnesota are so nice.

There is the passive-aggressive behavior no doubt – but when a Minnesotan is nice, they are genuinely truly nice.

I have my clinic appointment tomorrow, so we will see how that goes. I did some push-ups today, and it is so strange even when I don’t do them as routinely as I used to when I did P90X, I can still do them. It feels good as if I actually truly trained my body over time.

I still have some breathing problems here. It is incredibly mild because the weather is perfect but it is still existent. It is almost like an asthmatic-allergy reaction. Lots of inhalers.

The latest Josh-Llewellyn-Jones video – he talks a lot about #TheBestMe – what that looks like and the effort to create that. He is quite amazing.
