I am started listening to the ocean waves again.
So this is what is on my mind –
The only thing I care about is that everyone is okay – please be okay. It does like a circular motion.
To reiterate:
I am okay.
The only thing I care about is that everyone is okay.
Please be okay.
Here is an affirmation. Don’t poo-poo affirmations. They work.
Affirmation:
I know my life is peaceful and harmonious.
I recognize the power of my thoughts.
I use this power wisely.
I renew myself in mediation.
I find the source of peace within.
I express my peace to others.
I respect myself and the process.
I am at peace with nature.
I accept greater peace in my life right now.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath and hold it briefly.
Exhale slowly, say “breathe out tension.”
Inhale slowly, day “breathe in peace.”
Listen, just not while you are driving.
